Junior Private Client Solicitor Location: Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established law firm in Burton upon Trent that is looking to appoint a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join its Wills and Probate department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a junior lawyer with experience in Private Client matters who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, assisting clients with wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney. The Role Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Advising clients on wills, probate and estate administration matters.
• Assisting with probate applications and the administration of estates.
• Advising on trusts and inheritance-related matters.
• Supporting clients with Court of Protection matters where required.
• Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and other professional contacts.
• Managing client matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
• A qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent legal professional.
• Newly Qualified status or up to three years' post-qualification experience, although candidates with other relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience or a genuine interest in Private Client law, particularly wills, probate and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
