Residential Property Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our Residential Property team, providing high-quality legal advice and managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. You will handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters, including high-value and complex cases with minimal supervision. The role also includes supporting junior colleagues, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to business development, networking and marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or experienced residential conveyancer with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a proven track record of independently managing a busy conveyancing caseload. We are looking for someone with significant residential conveyancing experience, ideally 10+ years' PQE or equivalent, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while supporting the wider team.
