Senior Associate Legal Director - Non - Contentious Construction London - £110,000 - £135,000 - 8+ PQE

I'm working with a highly regarded London law firm looking to appoint an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its established Construction and Property practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, with exposure to sophisticated construction and development matters, direct client relationships and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice. The opportunity:

• Advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including complex development projects.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, professional appointments, development agreements, collateral warranties and associated documentation.
• Work closely with clients on procurement strategies, contractual risk and commercial solutions.
• Contribute to business development, client relationships and the mentoring of junior lawyers.
• Exposure to building safety and remediation matters would be advantageous. What we're looking for:
• 8+ years' PQE with substantial non-contentious construction experience.
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• A commercial, pragmatic approach and excellent client relationships.
• An appetite to contribute to the strategic growth of the practice. A small following would be welcomed but is not essential. Remuneration:
• Senior Associate: £110,000–£130,000
