Senior Solicitor - English Real Estate

We are working with a market-leading Scottish law firm who are seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their Real Estate practice within their Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The Role The successful candidate will join a well-regarded Commercial Property team, working on a diverse caseload of English commercial property matters. The candidate's role will involve advising on investment acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing and asset management, development and regeneration projects, real estate finance, and renewable energy and infrastructure work, as well as drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and ancillary documents. The candidate will advise a varied client-base on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including title, planning, and property finance matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm's client base. Essential Criteria:

• NQ-2 PQE;
• Strong background in commercial property law and transactions, with a focus on England & Wales matters;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
