Commercial Property Paralegal

Salary up to £28,000 per annum DOE Based in Cardiff Full-time, hybrid working We're working with a growing law firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in Cardiff. This is a new position created to support the continued growth of the team. The role would suit someone with previous property paralegal experience who is looking to develop their career within commercial property. Previous commercial property experience would be beneficial but isn't essential, making this a good opportunity for someone with a residential property background who is interested in moving into commercial work. You'll be joining an established team, with ongoing training and development available, alongside a bonus scheme linked to performance. Responsibilities include:

• Providing paralegal support on commercial property matters
• Assisting with the progression of property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
• Carrying out property searches and reviewing search results
• Assisting with title investigations and property due diligence
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other parties involved in transactions
• Maintaining accurate matter records and keeping files up to date
• Supporting the team with general case administration and ensuring deadlines are met
• Working closely with colleagues to help progress matters efficiently What we need from you:
• Previous property paralegal experience is essential
• Commercial property experience would be beneficial but isn't essential The perks:
