• Competitive basic salary from £30,000+, depending on experience

• Structured progression opportunities The Role As a Residential Conveyancer at Advantage Property Lawyers, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering exceptional levels of client care. Supported by modern technology and dedicated teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, you'll handle matters efficiently and confidently from instruction through to completion. Matters Will Include
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Other residential conveyancing matters Key Responsibilities
• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Progress files from instruction through to completion
• Deliver an excellent client experience
• Work collaboratively with technical and operational support teams
• Achieve completion and service targets
• Share knowledge and support colleagues where appropriate What We're Looking For
• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage priorities effectively within a busy conveyancing environment
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems
