Company Description The Medicines Management Team (TMMT) is an award-winning provider of remote clinical pharmacist and pharmacy technician services across the UK. The team includes over 170 experienced pharmacists and skilled technicians delivering fully managed ARRS-funded services to more than 85 Primary Care Networks and 150 GP practices. All clinicians receive extensive training at a GP-supervised, advanced-practitioner-led training hub, enabling them to start clinical work safely and effectively. TMMT offers a wide range of services, including medicines management, routine and long-term condition medication reviews, medicines reconciliation, and support with regulatory and quality frameworks such as MHRA alerts, CQC searches, and QOF. The organization partners with PCNs, GP practices, and GP federations to improve patient outcomes and optimize medicines use.
