We're seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to join a market-leading animal health organisation during an exciting period of growth, innovation, and product launches. This is a key maternity cover opportunity within a well-established territory, inheriting strong customer relationships and significant commercial potential. With a major dermatology product launch underway and further pipeline opportunities expected, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact within a highly respected business. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Managing and growing a successful companion animal territory ✅ Building and maintaining trusted relationships with veterinary customers across independent and corporate accounts ✅ Executing product launch strategies to drive customer adoption and market penetration ✅ Identifying commercial opportunities and delivering against ambitious sales targets ✅ Acting as a trusted partner to customers, providing value-led solutions and support ✅ Maintaining momentum across a well-established territory during a critical business period What We're Looking For Essential Requirements ✔ Minimum 4 years' sales experience within the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical industry ✔ Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets ✔ Strong existing relationships within the veterinary sector ✔ Experience launching and growing products in competitive markets ✔ Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a territory autonomously ✔ Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills ✔ Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards and a collaborative approach Preferred ⭐ Experience within Companion Animal Dermatology and/or Parasitology ⭐ Knowledge of the veterinary dermatology market and related treatment pathways Why This Opportunity?
