• daniel.massey@searchability.com THE ROLE I'm working with an indie mobile games studio that grows almost entirely through organic short-form video. Their first racing game has reached millions of views with no paid advertising, and more titles are coming. They're looking for a contract Social Media Manager to run the channels. This is a hands-on role: you'll edit, post and grow the accounts, and work directly with the founder. ABOUT THE CLIENT A founder-led, fast-moving games studio building mobile racing games for a broad consumer audience. Growth comes from content rather than ad budgets, so the person in this seat has a direct effect on the business. The founder grew the main account himself, so you'll be working with someone who understands the platforms well and shares the data on what's working. THE BENEFITS

• Edit and post short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Cross-post to Snapchat and Facebook
• Turn raw race footage into fast, hook-led clips at high volume
• Reply to comments and DMs and keep the community engaged
• Review performance weekly with the founder and act on what's working ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Consistent short-form results: a median in the six figures across your last 20–30 posts
• Accounts you ran yourself (not agency or team work), with links and your exact role on each
• At least one account you grew from small, with the starting follower count and how long it took
• Strong, fast editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar)
