We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and commercially minded Sales Negotiator to join our team at Hamptons in Hove. • A natural people person with excellent communication skills and the confidence to build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Someone who understands the importance of KPIs, enjoys working towards targets and is motivated by achieving results.
• A proactive, energetic approach, with the enthusiasm and initiative to make things happen.
• A genuine interest in the Hove and Brighton property market, ideally with good knowledge of the local area.
• Previous estate agency experience would be a real advantage, although the right attitude, drive and willingness to learn are equally important.
