An Exciting career progression opportunity is now available at our Your Move in Ashford, as we are recruiting a Senior Negotiator This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry Experience Is Essential. The role comes with a very competitive basic salary, An excellent Uncapped OTE It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
