Employer: Folkestone & Hythe District Council Close date: Wednesday 28/10/2026 Folkestone and Hythe District Council's Housing Team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retrofit & Net Zero Manager to lead its established Retrofit team and oversee the successful delivery of existing capital works programmes. This permanent, full-time role is central to delivering projects that improve energy efficiency and support the Council's Net Zero targets. The successful candidate will bring strong project and contract management experience, together with a commitment to developing innovative solutions for social housing.
