SHEQ Advisor

I have a great opportunity for a SHEQ Advisor to join a small, friendly consultancy. You'll work from home, manage your own diary and clients, plus receive mentoring from the directors. What you'll be doing

• Carrying out site inspections covering health and safety (mainly), environmental and quality
• Writing clear, balanced reports and managing your work in Monday.com
• Managing your own portfolio of clients, around six to twelve to start
• Carrying out annual reviews and retention visits
• Managing SSIP updates and updating policies and procedures
• Producing gap analyses and surveys
• Taking on ISO work and auditing over time, with training provided
• The opportunity to deliver training such as CDM and toolbox talks Why you'll be a great fit You'll bring:
• A construction background and good knowledge of H&S legislation, including CDM and HSWA
• NEBOSH
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good judgement and the self-motivation to manage your own time Salary: £40,000 | Permanent | Home-based with client site visits and a weekly team day | Flexible working hours |
