We're looking for ambitious, self-employed lettings agents to build and manage their own portfolio under the Zest Property Management brand. You bring the landlords and properties. • The opportunity to grow your earnings as your portfolio grows How the commission works If you bring a property onto a Let Only service, you receive the pre-agreed %. For a fully managed property generating a monthly management fee, you receive pre- agreed % per month for as long as the property remains in your portfolio. The more business you bring in and retain, the more you can earn. Your role You'll be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio, including:
• Winning new landlord instructions
• Sourcing and onboarding properties
• Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Managing the lettings process from instruction through to move-in
• Maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Working within Zest's compliance and data-protection procedures You'll have the independence of running your own portfolio, without having to carry the overheads of running an agency yourself. Who we're looking for You'll be a good fit if you are:
• Confident, motivated and commercially minded
• Comfortable generating your own business
• Experienced in lettings, estate agency, sales or property management (desirable but not essential)
• Organised and able to manage your own portfolio independently
• Professional, honest and customer-focused
• Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-based basis
• Able to provide your own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone
