Interim Head of Enterprise Apps, Data and Development

To be a member of the senior leadership team for IS, overseeing the areas of enterprise application support, data, integrations and software/system development. The following are the core areas of work that will be required.

1. Team Oversight:

• Oversight of the Digital Development team – ensuring legacy redevelopment roadmap is managed, new technology upskilling is balanced and centralised business apps are well supported
• Oversight of Integrations team – overseeing integrations development pipeline and ensuring we are on track for deliver against the Future Integrations project plan, with particular focus on Finance Transformation integrations
• Oversight of BI & Data Solutions team – overseeing the BI report development pipeline and Fabric data platform development
• Oversight of CRM team – overseeing the CRM development pipeline and support items

2. Lead the Digital Solutions & Delivery Restructure

• Work with the Chief Financial Officer to plan and deliver the restructure of Digital Solutions & Delivery based on the approved design which aims to implement a new operating model based on product ownership and shared centralised support, with greater alignment of skillsets and platforms.
• Support with recruitment processes for new senior roles as a part of the structure
• Manage the change with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition.

3. Data Platform Project Lead

• Be the strategic technical lead for the Data Platform Project, advising and supporting the team as required.

4. Education Cloud Project Lead & Sponsor

• Be the sponsor and strategic technical lead of the Education Cloud project.
• Ensure business case is taken through approval and project is strategically aligned.

5. Technical Lead/Advisory for Projects

• Be the technical lead representative at various project boards including:
• Curriculum Management System implementation
• Student Support bot replacement
• Proposed student app

6. Group Leadership

• Chair the following staff groups
• Business System Owner Forum
• CRM Ops Group
