Agile Project Manager

Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data Ingestion I'm recruiting for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a major enterprise data programme within a trading environment. This will be an initial 6+ month contract with a high chance of extension, hybrid in Central London and inside Ir35. Trading experience is essential, alongside knowledge of ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) systems. We're looking for candidates from energy trading or financial services with exposure to trading and risk. Further You'll enable a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, QA specialists, and Business Analysts to ingest data from a large number of business applications into an enterprise data platform built on Azure Databricks. Key responsibilities:

• Coach teams in Lean, Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices, driving measurable improvements in delivery.
• Facilitate planning, retrospectives, workshops and Scrum of Scrums.
• Manage visibility of risks, dependencies and blockers across teams.
• Use Jira reporting and delivery metrics to track progress and support decisions.
• Work closely with platform leadership to align delivery with business priorities. Essential experience:
• Agile delivery leadership within financial services trading or energy trading.
• Knowledge of ETRM systems.
• Previous data warehousing and data migration experience.
• Technology exposure to Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog and Delta Sharing.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of engineering delivery, CI/CD and DevOps. Please apply for more information
