The typical engagement runs from proof of concept to live production in around 12 weeks, so you see the full arc of a project and you see it fast. You are working on multi-agent systems and state-of-the-art voice-to-voice technology, the kind of work that most engineers are only reading about. You spend three days a week in the office, 2 days from home. Base salary up to £150,000 with meaningful equity on top of that, meaning you're a significant part of the journey from Day 1. To be the right fit here you have deployed an agentic system into production. That is the one thing that matters most. Beyond that, you are strong in Python and SQL, you are comfortable with APIs, scalable data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, and you have hands-on LLM experience that goes beyond experimentation.
