• Scope to develop your technical, review and team supervision skills. The Role We're recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join our client's team in Bristol. This could suit an experienced Senior looking for a fresh opportunity or a strong Semi Senior ready to take on more responsibility. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
• Preparing corporation tax computations and returns.
• Reviewing accounting records and resolving discrepancies.
• Managing assignments through to review, keeping deadlines on track.
• Liaising with clients to obtain information and explain their accounts.
• Reviewing junior colleagues' work and providing practical guidance. About You You'll have a strong background in accounts preparation within an accountancy practice and be comfortable handling assignments independently. You may be ACA or ACCA qualified, approaching qualification or qualified by experience. Clear communication, sound accounts and tax knowledge, and an organised approach are key.
