Graduate Recruitment Consultant - USA Market Focus If you are money motivated; driven and want to shape the future of the business, then join us for the journey. We are looking to add a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to our Bristol City based office. A realistic On-Target-Earnings (OTE) of £45,000 can be achieved in Year 1 without experience, with motivated individuals earning significantly more than this. No previous experience is required, as you will be learning directly from the Managing Director - receiving 1-1 mentorship on how to grow a successful recruitment desk within a designated region, with average recruitment fees north of $20,000. The Company We were founded to focus on the east-coast USA construction market which has experienced significant growth in the past few years. Our typical clients are Real Estate Developers, Construction Contractors and Subcontractors working within the commercial and industrial space. The Position This is a 5-days in office position (no remote working) with a 37.5 hour work week Monday-Friday. Our promotion plan is a pure meritocracy - the more you put in, the quicker you climb the ranks and the more you earn.
