Senior Technology Recruiter £500 per day | Inside IR35 | 12-month contract London | On site five days per week | ASAP start James Adams In-House is supporting a growing organisation looking for an experienced recruiter to deliver senior hiring across Technology, Data and Product. The roles you'll be recruiting for will typically command salaries of £150,000–£300,000. We're looking for someone with a track record of hiring at this level, who understands these markets and knows how to engage candidates who aren't actively looking. This is a hands-on delivery role, working directly within the business. You'll be close to the searches, building relationships with senior candidates and partnering with hiring managers to make successful hires. The role

• Deliver senior recruitment across Technology, Data and Product, including Software Engineering.
• Map relevant businesses and talent pools, identifying and approaching candidates directly.
• Build strong pipelines for live vacancies and upcoming hiring needs.
• Assess candidates against the technical requirements and scope of each position.
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders on briefs, priorities and feedback.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Bring informed market insight to conversations about salary expectations, candidate availability and search progress.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and clear reporting on your searches. What we're looking for
• A strong track record of recruiting senior Technology, Data and Product professionals, ideally within the £150,000–£300,000 salary range.
• In-house, RPO or embedded recruitment experience. Previous agency experience is also welcome.
• Demonstrable direct sourcing, market mapping and headhunting capability.
• Credibility with senior technical candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• The judgement to assess suitability beyond a job title or list of technical skills.
• A delivery-focused approach and the ability to manage several demanding searches.
• Availability to work on site in London five days per week. Contract details
