Senior Talent ManagerRepresented by MagnetIX Salary: £50,000 + lucrative commission structure Location: Manchester | 3–4 days per week in the office MagnetIX is proud to represent an ambitious and fast-growing talent and PR business as they continue to build out their talent division. We are looking for a commercially minded, mature, highly organised and relationship-focused Senior Talent Manager to join their growing team. This is not necessarily a traditional Talent Manager hire. We are open to candidates from talent, influencer, PR, partnerships, account management, media, sales and other commercially driven environments. What matters is that you're someone who is great with people, commercially sharp, organised, driven and confident taking ownership. The Role You'll take ownership of commercial opportunities across a roster of high-profile talent, acting as a trusted partner to both talent and brands. You'll manage opportunities from initial outreach and relationship building through to negotiation, contracting, delivery and reporting, ensuring partnerships are commercially strong and delivered to an exceptional standard. You'll also support the wider team and play an important role in developing more junior members. What you'll be doing

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities for talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media and commercial partners.
  • Manage partnerships from initial conversation through to negotiation, contracting, delivery and reporting.
  • Drive revenue and work towards commercial targets.
  • Confidently negotiate and position talent for high-value opportunities.
  • Manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Represent talent professionally in meetings, pitches and negotiations.
  • Understand talent positioning and identify relevant commercial opportunities.
  • Support talent with brand partnerships, content opportunities and digital trends.
  • Maintain excellent communication across talent, clients and internal teams.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Help improve processes, organisation and ways of working across the division. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is: Commercially minded — you understand how to spot an opportunity, build the relationship and turn it into revenue. Organised — you're excellent at managing multiple priorities, deadlines and moving parts. Warm and personable — you naturally build trust and have the confidence to communicate with people at all levels. Mature and accountable — you take ownership and can be trusted to get things done. Driven — you're motivated by results and have a genuine commercial instinct. Confident — you're comfortable representing people, having commercial conversations and negotiating. Relationship-led — you understand that great partnerships are built on strong, long-term relationships. Your background Talent experience is not essential. We'd love to hear from people with backgrounds in:
  • Talent or influencer management
  • Brand partnerships
  • Partnerships / business development
  • PR / communications
  • Account management / client services
  • Media sales
  • Commercial sales
  • Creator or influencer marketing
  • Fashion, beauty, lifestyle or other relationship-led commercial environments You may not have had the title Talent Manager before — and that's absolutely fine. We're looking for the right person, not simply the right job title. Existing relationships across brands, agencies, media or entertainment would be advantageous, but we're more interested in your commercial ability, maturity, organisation and ability to build relationships. The opportunity You'll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving business working with high-profile personalities and leading brands, with the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of the talent division. This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, commercial ownership and the opportunity to earn well. The Package
  • £50,000 basic salary
  • Lucrative commission structure with significant earning potential
  • Manchester-based, with 3–4 days per week in the office
  • Opportunity to work with high-profile talent and leading brands
  • Genuine opportunity to make a significant commercial impact and grow with the business
  • Supportive, ambitious and collaborative team environment
  • Career progression as the talent division continues to scale Represented exclusively by MagnetIX.
