Communications Specialist - Digital - New Contract Role - Inside IR35 A leading organisation requires a Communication Specialist to deliver clear, timely, and engaging information to employees across data and digital. Suitable candidates will have experience of translating technical requirements into clear, engaging messages that align and motivate both technical and non-technical staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management Support: Lead the communications strategy for data governance policies to minimize friction.
• Leadership Positioning: Draft executive communications, technical blogs, and talking points for staff.
• Event Production: Design and execute high-impact technical town halls, AI demo days, etc..
• Technical Translation: Distill complex information into accessible, relatable stories for the broader company. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Tech Literacy: Familiarity with IT terminology, data strategies, digital transformations, etc.
• Agile Communications: Proven ability to work in high-velocity environments where project directions can shift rapidly.
• Data Fluency: Experience tracking communication metrics using analytics dashboards and adapting strategies based on real-time engagement data.
