Catering Assistant Location: Sycamore Lodge, Lodge Lane, Nailsea, North Somerset, BS48 1LX Salary: £13.45 per hour Working Hours: 15 hours per week Shift Times: 10:30-18:30 (includes alternative weekends) About The Home At Shaw Healthcare, people are at the heart of everything we do. About The Role Working alongside our Chef, you'll help prepare nutritious meals that bring comfort and enjoyment to our residents. You'll also help keep the kitchen running smoothly, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety. What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Preparing hot meals, sandwiches and light refreshments when required.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic.
• Cleaning food preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
• Clearing tea trolleys where applicable.
• Managing kitchen waste and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Following food hygiene, Health & Safety and company procedures.
