Agile Transformation Consultant – Bristol, Manchester, London or Gloucestershire – Hybrid – Permanent 37.5 hours per week – £39,100 - £77,000 (different levels available) DV Clearance required

Working Patterns and location – Hybrid, 3-5 days on site per week The Key Responsibilities of a Agile Transformation Consultant:

• Coach cross-functional teams to improve ways of working and adopt agile principles.
• Facilitate team self-organisation, delivery events and agile ceremonies as required.
• Engage with executive and portfolio-level stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide agile adoption.
• Identify and remove barriers to delivery, driving continuous improvement across teams.
• Work with portfolio functions to reframe initiatives as outcome-aligned value streams.
• Develop and implement agile transformation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Capture and share learnings and innovations across teams and the wider practice.
• Foster an inclusive team culture where contribution to collective goals is recognised. Below is a list of Key Skills required for a Agile Transformation Consultant, however you will not be expected to have everything:
• Proven experience leading agile transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of both agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
• Experience coaching and facilitating both mature and immature agile teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and shape enterprise-wide processes such as portfolio management.
• Agile certifications in Kanban, Disciplined Agile and/or ICAgile.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills at all levels. The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
• Knowledge of additional agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, LeSS or XP.
• Experience working within Defence, Security or Government programmes.
• Experience shaping and architecting delivery approaches from business challenges.
