Channel Marketing Manager

This is an opportunity to work across innovative product categories, partnering with major retailers to drive retail marketing strategy, execution, and performance across the UK market. What will I be doing?

• Own retail marketing plans with key partners such as major online and high street retailers, managing activity from planning through to execution and analysis.
• Manage marketing budgets and co-marketing investments to maximise product visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales across physical and digital retail channels.
• Deliver in-store and online marketing campaigns, ensuring creative assets, product content, merchandising, displays, and launches are executed accurately and on time.
• Track campaign performance, analyse ROI, and provide actionable insights on metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion, and sales performance.
• Build quarterly and annual marketing calendars, support business reviews, and collaborate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams on strategic retail initiatives. What makes me eligible?
• 7+ years' experience in retail channel marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing, or retail-focused project management.
• Experience working directly with consumer electronics retailers and managing partner marketing programmes and budgets.
• Strong understanding of retail performance metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion, and sales reporting.
• Proven experience executing omnichannel retail campaigns, including in-store displays, fixtures, product launches, merchandising, and digital retail marketing.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using data, reporting, and AI-powered tools to optimise marketing performance and budget allocation.
