Senior Group FP&A Analyst £43,479 | Stratford, London | International Organisation Inventum Group is partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit an ambitious FP&A professional to join its central Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career, gaining exposure to international financial operations, consolidated reporting, financial planning and senior leadership. Working closely with the Head of Group FP&A, you'll contribute to the delivery of financial information and analysis across a complex, multi-country organisation. The Opportunity

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reporting, financial results and performance analysis across international business units.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the Group.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying key variances, trends and business drivers.
• Contribute to Group-level P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and Board stakeholders.
• Assist with cashflow modelling, liquidity analysis and longer-term financial planning.
• Work closely with international finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.
• Support improvements to reporting processes, financial models and planning systems, including Anaplan. About You We're looking for a motivated, analytically strong finance professional with a solid grounding in FP&A, management accounting or financial reporting. Ideally, you'll have:
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or management reporting.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Confidence analysing financial information and explaining performance.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in developing your experience within a larger, international Group Finance environment. Experience with Anaplan or other financial planning systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
