Commercial Manager

About the Opportunity We are supporting a leading consultancy with opportunities for Commercial Managers to work across major infrastructure programmes throughout the UK. These opportunities span a variety of sectors, including rail, transportation, aviation, energy, water, utilities and other large-scale infrastructure developments. We are interested in connecting with commercially minded professionals at different levels of seniority who enjoy working on complex projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual activities across infrastructure projects.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract administration processes.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Manage variations, compensation events and contractual changes.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and support their management.
• Prepare commercial reports and provide advice to project stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and project delivery teams.
• Support effective commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle. About You
• Experience in commercial management, quantity surveying, contract management or a related discipline.
• Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction projects.
• Good understanding of commercial processes and contract administration.
• Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC or other standard forms of contract is advantageous.
• Previous consultancy experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Currently based in the UK and able to attend project offices or sites as required. What We Offer
