Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer

Overview Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with air conditioning systems, with the ability to install systems in Domestic & Commercial properties. This role requires knowledge and experience working within the Air Conditioning industry. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high quality installations. Responsibilities

• Be able to work independently or in a team to install all forms of split air conditioning systems including ducting systems.
• Ability to work confidently on refrigeration recovery, pressure testing, brazed repairs, and compressor changes
• Familiarity with equipment from manufacturers like Mitsubishi Electric, Midea, and Panasonic
• Undertake all works in a safe manner and work to written RAMS.
• To provide information on progress of the project as per Project Programme & to follow RAMS.
• Adherence to all current company procedures.
• Setting standards and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Being polite and professional in front of our clients
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations. Requirements
• Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
• You must be technically confident and familiar with all types of air conditioning systems including, splits, VRV's and have knowledge of chillers and air handling systems.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Leadership qualities to guide junior staff or apprentices as needed.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 4 years industry experience
• NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• FGAS 2079
• Willing to undertake external training provided by the company. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 per year, with flexibility to negotiate for the right candidate. Our benefits package includes:
