Lead business transformation initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, digital innovation, and AI chatbot projects. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes. Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions, including chatbot projects.
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop business cases, management presentations, and project updates to support decision-making.
• Drive change management, user adoption, training, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure delivery of measurable business benefits.
• Coach and support team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation, project management, operational excellence, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Proven track record in delivering process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI/chatbot initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience with workflow automation, AI solutions, chatbot platforms, analytics tools, or digital technologies is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
