Programme Manager - Applications Migration

Senior Programme Manager - Enterprise Cloud & Application Migration An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a major enterprise-wide cloud transformation programme within a financial services environment. This role will take ownership of a large-scale application migration initiative involving over 100 applications, the establishment of a new private cloud platform, and the coordination of multiple workstreams, vendors and senior stakeholders. This is a high-profile position offering significant strategic and delivery responsibility. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cloud and application migration programme.
• Manage programme governance, budgeting, reporting and risk management activities.
• Develop and oversee application migration strategies
• Coordinate multiple project managers, technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees. Required Skills
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise application migration or cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrable programme governance, budgeting and delivery management expertise.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within large-scale transformation environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. This is a high profile role within a prominent organisation in HK. It will be a multi-year programme and my client is looking for a long term hire to steer the programme end to end.
