Senior Executive, Project Excellence and Planning

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Executive, Project Excellence & Planning to drive digital transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence within the Sales Operations & Planning team. The role focuses on end-to-end order fulfilment, project coordination, system enhancements, and process automation to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and service levels, while supporting supply and demand planning activities. About the role: Project Excellence (70%)

• Manage end-to-end order management and fulfilment for Key Account customers, ensuring smooth coordination of delivery and installation operations
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including order processing automation, system enhancements, and workflow optimization
• Develop and enhance dashboards, management reports, and automated processes using AI tools and digital applications
• Identify operational gaps, recommend practical solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
• Monitor operational KPIs, data accuracy, and process compliance, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of exceptions
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, including business requirements gathering, system testing, and implementation
• Support new business initiatives by developing efficient and scalable operational processes Planning (30%)
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, system enhancements, and planning activities
• Manage SAP purchase orders with overseas suppliers, ensuring timely shipment coordination and fulfilment monitoring
• Prepare planning reports, performance analysis, and data insights to support business decisions
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to resolve supply and order fulfilment issues
• Support demand and supply fulfilment to achieve company targets and maintain service levels Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the home appliances, retail, or supply chain industry (preferred but not must)
• Proven experience managing major key accounts and working closely with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and drive the changes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong written communication abilities in both English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated, proactive, quick to learn, and a collaborative team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, data visualization tools, and AI applications
