Team Lead, Pension Product Propositions

We are partnering with a well-established financial institution seeking an experienced product/ project management professional to drive strategic product propositions, product revamps, and governance across our pension offerings. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product propositions and oversee continuous product revamp and enhancement initiatives across pension offerings.
• Serve as the main liaison connecting internal business units and external partners, including asset managers and investment partners.
• Manage corporate and cross-functional projects to execute business opportunities, drive growth, and optimize product performance.
• Establish, maintain, and refine divisional product governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor movements to identify gaps and inform product strategy.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder approvals and alignment across legal, compliance, operations, and distribution channels. Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in product development, product management, or project management within pensions, banking, or insurance.
• Prior experience in pension product management or MPF/ORSO frameworks is highly desirable (a strong plus, but not mandatory).
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, driving product revamps, and establishing robust governance processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working alongside external asset managers or investment partners.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
