Shape the Future with SKYTOPIA Managing Director CLK Cove Development Limited (a subsidiary of AAHK) (Ref: RL131026) As part of the SKYTOPIA development, the company is creating an iconic new entertainment destination adjacent to the Hong Kong International Airport. Set to become a new super entertainment hub for Hong Kong and the region, it will bring together a diverse mix of entertainment, dining and lifestyle experiences, attracting local communities, Greater Bay Area visitors and international travellers alike. The Managing Director will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction, shaping the market position, building organisational capability and delivering sustainable long-term growth for this new landmark destination. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to maximise revenue, tenant satisfaction, and customer experience.
• Drive footfall and sustainable business performance through a distinctive mix of entertainment, experiential, dining and retail offering.
• Lead the recruitment of high-quality tenants in line with the destination's commercial strategy and business objectives.
• Champion service excellence, customer-centric innovation and brand development, positioning the destination as a market-leading choice for visitors, tenants and business partners while enhancing its reputation, appeal and competitive differentiation.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and world-class operations that support exceptional customer experience and brand reputation.
• Spearhead the successful launch and growth of the business, establishing a high-performing organization, strong leadership team, customer-centric culture and robust operating foundations that position the destination for long-term commercial success.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key government bodies, investors, industry partners, tenants and community stakeholders to advance business objectives. Requirements:
• A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 20 years of progressive leadership experience, including significant experience leading sizeable and complex businesses in retail, commercial real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, entertainment or related sectors.
• Proven success in defining and executing growth strategies, delivering strong commercial outcomes and leading large-scale businesses, destinations or customer-centric enterprises.
• Track record of building successful businesses, destinations, brands or growth platforms from the ground up, applying creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial leadership with demonstrated outcomes in transforming ambitious concepts into sustainable commercial success.
• Inspirational and entrepreneurial leader with outstanding strategic, stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities, and the ability to build high-performing organisations in dynamic and evolving environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic foresight and the resilience to lead through ambiguity while delivering sustainable growth.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and the evolving retail, dining, entertainment and lifestyle landscape.
• Command of written and spoken English and ideally Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
