Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth strategies across international markets.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and user insights.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Payment teams to drive business performance.
- Design and optimize growth initiatives tailored to local markets.
- Lead cross-functional projects supporting KuCoin's global expansion.
- Participate in leadership development and strategic business planning. Requirements
- 3–5 years of Growth, Business Operations, or Strategy experience in Crypto, FinTech, or Internet companies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience driving measurable business growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Willingness to travel globally.
