Main duties of the job

We are seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Officer at Dormy House in Sunningdale, offering residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care. The role involves a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate should have a strong practical maintenance background, excellent communication abilities, and be flexible. Responsibilities include managing health and safety, conducting remedial work, and coordinating with external contractors for complex repairs.
