National Health Service (UK)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work at Lyndon CMHT.

The Community Mental Health Team works with some of our most vulnerable people who are experiencing mental health crises and/or have a diagnosis of a severe and enduring mental health condition.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills who is passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health services. The role offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment where your contribution will make a real difference to both service users and staff.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will play a key role in coordinating the administrative function of the service, providing day-to-day leadership and support to the administration team. Working closely with clinical and operational colleagues, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting service performance requirements, and contributing to the smooth running of the team.

It is essential that applicants should be able to work on their own initiative, demonstrate effective organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and process enquiries in a confidential and timely manner.
