Expressions of interest are invited for a Business Support

Administrator to join the developing health contribution to County Durhams

Families First Partnership Front Door arrangements.

Families First Partnership represents a significant change

in how agencies work together to identify need and provide support to children,

young people and families. Effective information sharing, coordination and

communication across organisations will be essential to making the new

arrangements work.

The developing health model aims to bring together relevant

health information and expertise more effectively to support multiagency

understanding and decision-making. The Business Support Administrator will be a

key member of the Front Door Health Team, working closely with Clinical

Practitioners and colleagues across health, childrens social care and wider

partner organisations.

This is an opportunity to combine operational delivery with

service development, helping to shape, test and refine the systems and

processes that support the Front Door Health Team. The successful applicant

will play an active role in developing effective ways to coordinate information

and actions across the health system, using learning from day-to-day delivery

to inform the emerging model.

Main duties of the job

Working alongside the Clinical Practitioners, the postholder

will coordinate the administrative processes supporting health involvement

within the Front Door.

This will include receiving and processing requests,

coordinating information requests with relevant health Single Points of Contact

(SPoCs), securely managing information flows, monitoring responses and ensuring

information is available for clinical review within required timescales.

The postholder will provide an important link between the

Front Door and health services across County Durham, maintaining oversight of

requests and actions, supporting effective communication across organisational

boundaries and helping identify where processes could be improved.

The postholder will also support the collection of activity

and performance information to evaluate the Test & Learn and inform

development of the future operating model.

There is an initial expectation for staff to work at the

nominated or linked satellite base in the locality with hybrid working evolving

as the front door model develops.
