Consultant Gynaecologist - A Special Interest in Urogynaecology

One

Health is looking for a Consultant Gynaecologist (with a special interest in urogynaecology) to support and grow the

One Health Group Gynaecology Team.

The

successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role in a

private or NHS setting. You should have a professional outlook, empathetic

telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.

• You should currently

be in a substantive NHS post OR in a long-term locum post (more than 12 months)

• If not in current NHS

post, should have been a substantive NHS consultant for at least 3 years before

leaving the NHS

• On GMC register and

have no hearings or restrictions

• Should have relevant

sub specialist qualifications (FRCS {orth})

• Be on the specialist

register

Main duties of the job

This role will involve assessing and

operating on NHS patients referred to One Health, via the NHS e-Referral

System. Appointments will be held across a number of outreach clinic sites. Operations

will take place within a range of independent sector hospitals, the Consultant

must therefore be prepared to travel.
