Why this Role Matters

The compensation accounting team partners with HR to ensure all aspects of global compensation are properly stated in the financial statements. Due to strict deadlines across the organization, we perform our tasks in the most efficient way possible while maintaining accuracy and necessary strong partnership across the Group.

What you will do

-Independently prepare compensation entries and department allocations (such as salary, bonus and benefits).

-Verify third party payroll data integrity by identifying errors / unexpected trends in accounting data to improve accuracy

• Preparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statments

-Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis

-Analytical reviews of compensation accounts

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience creating financial spreadsheets, charts and reports

• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with ability to confidentlyand effectively communicate to all levels of the company

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

• Experience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system.

• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial information

• Knowledge of accounting and related data management systems,

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

What is required for application

• Bachelor Degree required

• Minimum 2 - 4+ years required in Corporate Accounting

• CPA Preferred

• Oracle Fusion, Smartview experience Preferred (Multi facit accounting software I.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.)

• Advanced Excel Skills, Google sheets
