We are recruiting for a Residential Team Leader to join our children's home in Liskeard, Cornwall.
Our home supports children aged 5-17 on admission, and you'll be joining an experienced, passionate team in a calm, rural setting on the edge of Bodmin Moor. We pride ourselves on creating a home where children are respected, listened to, and actively involved in decisions that shape their daily lives. This role is based within a solo placement home, giving you a unique opportunity to provide focused, consistent care that truly changes a young person's life.
