About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to lead the team as Team Leader in Harrods, Knightsbridge.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, service-orientated strategic thinker who has substantial experience in, and passionate about, leading, managing and coaching their retail team to achieve sales targets whilst delivering the highest standards of luxury customer service. The role requires numerate and commercial expertise to plan and deliver key business objectives in this key retail account.
