Commercial Property Estate Surveyor

Shape the future of our property portfolio and make a lasting impact on communities across North Northamptonshire.We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Property Estate Surveyor to join our Asset Management team. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing the Council's commercial investment portfolio, ensuring income generation, protecting asset value and supporting the effective use of our property assets. Working closely with the Principal Surveyor and wider Asset Management team, you will deliver a varied caseload of professional estate management work, providing expert landlord and tenant advice while building strong relationships with tenants, colleagues and external partners. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor, or someone working towards professional qualification, to further develop their career within a forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering value for its communities.
