SAP Payroll Techno Functional Consultant

SAP German Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant | 12 month contract | Fully remote

RED is currently looking for an SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (German payroll) to join a long-term transformation programme for a global pharmaceutical organisation.

Key Details:

Role: SAP German Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Contract: 12 months

Location: 100% Remote

Start: ASAP

Working hours: CET

Language: English

Candidate locations: Poland preferred, Portugal & Spain also considered

Requirements:

5+ years' experience within SAP HCM / Payroll

Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll

Recent German Payroll project experience, ideally within the last 3-4 years

Strong experience within SAP ECC environments

Experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processes

Good understanding of payroll interfaces, integrations and reporting

Techno-functional background with strong troubleshooting and support experience

Ability to work independently and engage confidently with business stakeholders

German language is NOT required

Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience is advantageous but not essential
