Senior SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant

Location: Remote from Mexico Start: ASAP Duration: 3 Months initial Contract (extensions available) Workload: Full-time Language: Fluent English

The Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant to join an international SAP team, responsible for designing, implementing and supporting integration solutions across global SAP ERP systems.

You will take ownership of integration requirements from end to end, working closely with internal SAP teams, customers and vendors. The role has a strong focus on SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, EDI and SAP backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite/CPI

Develop and support integrations using IDoc, EDIFACT, XML, CSV and other formats

Analyse and resolve complex integration issues, including performance tuning and optimisation

Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and development teams

Work with SAP teams, customers and vendors to deliver integration solutions

Take ownership of service requests and support activities within an ITIL environment

Requirements

5+ years' experience as an SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant

Strong hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI/Integration Suite

Experience designing complex SAP interface and integration solutions

Strong knowledge of IDoc, EDIFACT, XML, CSV and integration protocols

Experience with XSLT and Java

Strong ABAP development skills; ABAP OO is highly desirable

SAP backend integration/API experience

Good process knowledge in at least two SAP modules, such as SD, MM, LE, FI, PP or HR

Understanding of ITIL and incident management processes

Fluent English
