General Operative

GENERAL ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE

We are currently recruiting for a GENERAL ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE to join a

busy warehouse and manufacturing environment, producing high-quality

tables and furniture for the education and hospitality sectors.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work,

has good attention to detail and is comfortable using power tools to

assemble products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assembling tables, chairs and other furniture using power tools.
• Following instructions and assembly specifications to ensure

products meet quality standards.

• Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
• Handling materials and components safely.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

WORKING HOURS - CHOOSE FROM:

• Monday to Thursday, 07:00-17:00.
• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or a warehouse

environment would be beneficial.

• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
• Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a potentially noisy environment.
• SAFETY BOOTS ARE ESSENTIAL.
