The Best Connection Tamworth is currently recruiting Automotive

Production Operatives to join a well-established automotive interiors

manufacturer based at Fradley Park, Lichfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a global automotive

supply chain, producing high-quality interior vehicle components for

some of the world's leading automotive brands. Full training is

provided, making this role suitable for both experienced production

operatives and candidates looking to build a career within automotive

manufacturing.

SHIFT PATTERN

Weekly Rotating 3-Shift Pattern (No Fixed Shifts)

• Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (£15.77 per hour)
• Nights: 22:00 - 06:00 (£17.82 per hour)

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be willing to work all three shifts as

part of the rotation.

THE ROLE

As an Automotive Production Operative, you will work within a modern

manufacturing environment producing interior vehicle components,

including doors, dashboards, and trim assemblies.

Working as part of a team, you'll ensure products are assembled

safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on a fast-paced automotive production line
• Assembling automotive interior components
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Conducting quality inspections and visual checks
• Following detailed work instructions and production specifications
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Supporting wider production activities as required

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
• Flexible approach to rotating shifts
• Own transport due to site location and shift times
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or

automotive experience would be advantageous but is not essential as

full training is provided.
