About the job

About The Role

Fast-track your software career with Singapore's biggest names in tech

If you want to code, test, fix, and improve real applications, this is a practical way to start.

At FDM, you start with up to 12 weeks of full-time training in our Skills Lab, then move into client project work with one of Singapore's leading organisations. We match you to a role that fits your strengths, interests, and career goals.

Start dates: rolling intake. Apply now.

Your first 12 weeks

You will get hands-on with object-oriented programming, Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, JavaScript, Git, SQL, cloud platforms, AI integrations, and more. You will learn how software is designed, built, tested, improved, and supported.

Roles you could move into

  • Software Developer: build application features, improve code, and help create scalable systems.
  • Quality Engineer: write and run tests that help software stay reliable and secure.
  • DevOps Engineer: support release pipelines so teams can build, test, and deploy more smoothly.
  • Site Reliability Engineer: help keep cloud applications stable, resilient, and available.
  • Production Support Analyst: investigate live issues and help teams fix them quickly.

Where it leads: your experience could build across application development, quality engineering, DevOps, site reliability, or production support.
