Ductwork Installers - NVQ Level 2 Cscs Blue Card and NVQ Level 3 Cscs Gold Card

We are looking for experienced Ductwork Installers holding NVQ Level 2 with a CSCS Blue Card or NVQ Level 3 with a CSCS Gold Card to support projects across the business. Roles are aligned to national agreement contracts, including major framework and infrastructure projects, with competitive rates, paid holiday, pension contributions, and travel support where applicable.

Exentec Hargreaves has a long-standing heritage in the ventilation and HVAC sector, combining more than 150 years of design, manufacture, and installation expertise with modern digital engineering and off-site manufacturing capability. Based in Bury, the business is recognised for delivering specialist HVAC, high-integrity ductwork, smoke ventilation, and safety-critical ventilation systems across complex sectors including energy, defence, transport, and advanced infrastructure.

• Hourly rate: 38-hour guaranteed week, Grade 4 £28.29 (NVQ Level 2) Grade 5 £29.34 (NVQ Level 3)
• £2.83 to £2.94 per hour bonus based on safety, attendance, and performance
• Overtime: Monday to Friday and the first 4 hours on Saturday paid at £39.61 to £41.08 per hour, depending on grade.
• Sunday hours paid at £50.93 to £52.82 per hour, depending on grade.
• Local candidates: daily travel expenses and daily travel allowance available
• Travelling candidates: weekly tax-free accommodation allowance of £355.67
• Travelling candidates: 12 paid weekend leaves each year; travel time and expenses covered for this period.
• Paid tea break
• 33 days paid holiday
• Pension contributions

• Required qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (CSCS Blue Card) or NVQ Level 3 (CSCS Gold Card).
• Contract types: ECSA National Agreement.
• Preferred qualifications: CCNSG, IPAF, Manual Handling, PASMA, Abrasive Wheels, Harness Awareness.
