• Supports the development of toolkits and playbooks for the Regions: builds versions and maintains the regional playbooks, launch kits and assets libraries.
• Work with the agencies to support the preparation of and approvals of assets for various marketing materials (sell sheets, banners, videos, doctors´ one-pagers).
• Support the team in the development of dashboards, adoption reports and post-launch reviews.
• Support the team in the control of OPEX expenses, ensuring spending and accruals according to quarterly goals.
• Supports Sales Training on training decks preparation.
• Undergraduate student from Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.
• Proactive and analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook is required.
• Strong communication skills and organization/ attention to details.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
