We are seeking a qualified Independent Prescriber to deliver clinical and prescribing services within our Criminal Justice drug and alcohol service at Forward Leeds - Armley Court.

You will provide evidence-based treatment, including prescribing (including controlled drugs), clinical assessments, and recovery-focused care across hub and outreach settings. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you'll support individuals with complex needs, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred interventions in line with national guidance and clinical governance standards.

Key Duties

About You

You will be a registered Nurse or Pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber qualification and RCGP Level 1 (Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards).

You'll have experience delivering substance misuse treatment, strong knowledge of harm reduction and BBV management, and confidence working within primary care and criminal justice settings.

We're looking for someone collaborative, organised and committed to delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care.
